What is Red Lane?
Red Lane is a sanctuary for mind, body and soul that reinterprets classic
European spa rituals with a distinctive Caribbean flair. Utilizing renowned
Pevonia botanical products and custom formulations, we promise you'll discover

What do you recommend?
Our Relaxation Specialists will guide you on your search for balance and harmony, helping you
to choose the exact island-inspired treatments for your unique needs. So whether you schedule
a service, or book a time, we'll transform your quest for pampering into a personal journey of
endless self-discovery. Best of all, you can enjoy most of your treatments in the setting of
your choice...by the beach, on a pier, in a garden, or even on your balcony. |
What should I wear?
We will provide spa robes and slippers, and whether you prefer just your birthday suit or to
wear a bathing suit or undergarments during your treatment - whatever you desire, we want you
to be comfortable. We can also provide disposable underwear if you prefer. |
Are couples massages done in the same room?
Yes, the couples massage is done side-by-side and may be enjoyed in our lover's sanctuary,
or choose the serene seclusion of your room or suite. |
What time should I arrive for my appointment?
Arrive a minimum of 25 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to properly welcome you
and give you time to take advantage of our saunas and relaxation areas prior to your treatments. |
Do you provide lockers?
We provide lockers for clothing and other items, but please leave valuables locked in the safe provided for
you in your room. We cannot be responsible for valuables brought to the spa. |
What happens if I am running late for my appointment?
If you are running late for your appointment, we unfortunately cannot give extensions on service times.
We will give you the total time remaining for your time slot that you are booked for. |
What is your cancellation policy for a Package of Services?
We ask that you kindly notify us at least 4 hours in advance
if you need to reschedule your appointment. We require 24 hours
notice if you need to cancel your appointment. 100% of the value
of the service will be non-refundable if less than 24 hours
is given for the cancellation. |
Is a tip included or can you leave an extra tip?
If you are happy with your experience and wish to leave a tip, it will be graciously accepted.
It is not mandatory, nor expected. |

I have a medical condition, does this prohibit me from using some of the services?
