Sandals Emerald Bay
Sandals delivered on every expectation we had and then some. From the moment we arrived and were greeted with cool towels and a glass of champagne, to the ride back to the airport, everyone was pleasant and accommodating, eager to make sure that we did in fact have â??the time of our lives.â?? And they were successful. The setting is beautiful, the food and drinks are great, the rooms are amazing, but what sets this resort apart is the staff. You canâ??t help but have a good time in their presence. I developed a medical issue over a weekend during our stay and less than an hour after I called the concierge for help they had made arrangements for me to be taken care of. I cannot thank them enough. The entire time we had only one complaint, regarding a tour we booked with Island Routes. The tour was misrepresented on the website where you make your reservations, and we were basically told that it was a website error and there was nothing that could be done about it. So I would recommend doing research to make sure you are getting what you think you paid for when going off the resort for any extra activities. Having said that, the tour was still fun, and the guide was very nice. Other than that one issue, everything far exceeded anything we could have imagined, and we will absolutely â??soon come back!â??

Sandals Emerald Bay
My husband Kevin and I loved Sandals Emerald Bay. The trip from the airport is short and were at the pool in no time. Our junior suite was beautiful with a view of the ocean and grounds. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and the bartenders, Van and Jason, made everything fun. Plenty of towels at the pool all day long. Chairs plentiful and we loved the firepits and comfortable furniture around the deck. We have been to three other Sandals, and this is the first we saw of the firepits. The beach itself was by far the most beautiful of any Sandals before, powdery white sand and beautiful water. We loved the music by the pool, and the cabanas, complete with coolers!!!! Can't wait to come again!

It was our first sandals experience and it was the most beautiful resort we have ever been to. From the first moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and every thing we could think of was already in our hands. The rooms were beyond expectation and the staff was amazing. Sandals is a luxurious and romantic resort that will go beyond your expectations. It is the best all inclusive resort and we never want to stay anywhere else again.

After a rocky start (flights late/cancelled), we arrived to paradise. Emerald Bay wiped out our earlier inconveniences at the airports. The staff was incredible. The front desk (every one of them) were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful. Anything we needed was just a phone call away. Thank you for everything!

To return to Emerald Bay as a returning guest was an amazing experience,we were first greeted outside the by Sonya upon arrival with a heart felt welcome home.Kyle always made a point to stop to see how things are going and if there was anything he could do for us.The whole staff is just amazing always a good morning or evening with a smile on their face.The staff at the Drunken Duck treated us as if we were at Cheers,it seemed everybody knew our names.The great thing about the Drunken Duck was every meal we had there was hot and prepared while we were there and never once had to go to the bar to get a drink.The returning guest dinner was very nice we got to sit with Debbie and three other couples and discussed other Sandals resorts.While there we met quite a few people and everyone was more than pleased with their stay at Emerald Bay.Personally I can have a great time where ever we go for vacation but our last two stays at SEB is something I never imagined in my wildest dreams.We will be back and we will be counting the days.

This was an exciting place to be for our 25th wedding anniversary. The butlers were magnificent to us both. They set up our special night of dinning accommodations for the signature tower and presented the gifts. They went above and beyond expectations to make sure we had anything we wanted. We enjoyed a small catamaran cruise. I recommend this quiet get away with excellent service.

It's our fourth honeymoon!! 3 years ago my husband and I honeymooned at Sandals Grande St Lucian. Ever since then we have been fortunate enough to stay at 4 additional properties, Sandals Whitehouse, Royal Caribbean, Grande Emerald Bay and Grande Riviera and play at countless others. Sandals offers resorts with cutting edge rooms, fine dining, breathtaking gardens and pools and most importantly has the most wonderful, kindest Staff members working for them. I truly believe that the Sandals family is one of the main reasons why we and many other couples return to the Sandals Resorts year after year. Sandals is the place to go if you want to experience luxury in paradise! As they say in Jamaica.... Once you go, you know!

We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. It was a real break from our busy schedules. It was nice hanging out in a cabana by the pool and SCUBA diving as well. We will be back.

Our stay was over and beyond our expectations. The resort was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The people were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The food was so delicious, we tried every restaurant and they were all great. The beaches were the best the water was so warm. The spa was the best. The staff there was fantastic. Not only did they exceed their skill but they were so friendly with great personalities. We went twice and they treated us like old friends. We celebrated our 25th anniversary and they surprised us with flowers and a heart on our bed. On a scale of one to ten.......a fifteen. Thank you sandals,

Best vacation we have ever taken. The food, drink, room, hospitality and location were all fantastic. We also met some great people there escaping the cold as well. The golf course compares to Pebble Beach in both beauty and challenge. For any golfer, a must play bucket list golf course. Just a great week, could not have been better. We will be back.

WOW! This was our fourth time at a Sandal's and I must say was my favorite ! If you want a nice quiet and pleasant holiday,Emerald's Bay is the place to be! The staff is over the top,they are ALL so pleasant,from the waiter to the gardener and all management make your stay a pleasant one! The food was Amazing! We had to return to a Sandals destination and chose this one since my husband plays golf and boy, did he play... 3 times out of the 7 we were there. This resort is more relaxing and just a kick back by the pool and do nothing, which we did. The swim up pool bar was awesome. A different drink every day with you can also do activities, but we said , it was a "do nothing" vacation and that's what we did. Good food, Good Service, Great beach side room and the butlers were good too. We have booked this year and are going to Sandals La Toc - yes, they do have a 9 hole course...

Sandals Emerald Bay
This is our second visit to Sandals Emeral Bay. The first visit in 2011 December was to celebrate our 50th anniversay. We fell in love with the simple beauty of the resort, the kindness of all the people and staff. Our room looked out over the water, beautiful and tranquil, the meals were great as were the drinks. We returned this past December. Our luggage was held up for 4 days, Sonya was so wonderful to us, helpful in all ways, as were the rest of the staff. Our room was amazing, so welcoming and a beautiful view of the gardens and the pool, AND the colour of the Ocean. A big thankyou to the staff to put one at ease. we were meet at the entrance with hellos and welcoming of returning friends. We will return. Irene and Dave Ottawa Ont.

My husband Scott and I just got home from our trip to Sandals Emerald Bay. We were there from Dec.1-10 and have to tell you it was an AMAZING experience!!!! Satar, the Head Butler got us an upgrade to Butler suites, and our butlers, Arielle, Denrick, and Waldens were absolutely FABULOUS!!!!!! Every night there was some kind of surprise in our suite, from the gorgeous flowers and decorations on the bed, to a hot bath after an all day tour (007 Thunderball), to an in suite Candlelight Dinner, they never failed to impress; always available, and if we didn't call them, they would call US, anticipating our every need! The property is gorgeous, the entertainment was varied and engaging, particularly on Friday when we went to the Junkanoo event! We learned so much about Bahamian culture and all the staff, from the housekeepers to the Management, we extremely accommodating and very friendly! We would go there again in a second! Our only complaint was the wind (which obviously is no one's fault). It was too windy most days to do water sports, but next time we come we will try for May or June probably. Even with the sometimes inclement weather, we always had plenty of fun stuff to do. the bartenders are fabulous, the drinks are AMAZING, and the spa was exceptional! It was the perfect combination of relaxation and excitement!!! I will be recommending this resort to ALL of my friends and relatives, and would highly recommend this to anyone looking to feel like a King or Queen, because we were treated like Royalty!!!! Thank you everyone, for making our 10th Anniversary celebration so memorable!!!!! We will never forget this, and it was, by far, the best trip we have ever taken!!!!!

My first Sandals experience and it was everything I could hope for!! Friendly staff, great service and delicious food. Bar staff can make any drink you ask for! Clean & private. Water colour like you have never seen!!! If you can do a villa by the ocean I highly recommend it. Butler service is outstanding. Don't forget to visit the Muddy Duck, Delvina is sure to make you laugh! Wonderful experience!! Would recommend it to everyone.....go visit a bit of paradise that isn't packed with tourists. Where you can rent a car and explore the entire island without worry. Beautiful outstanding beaches, and water that can only be compared to Fiji. You will not regret your trip to Exuma!! I have been back already, and will be back again.

I have never seen a more beautiful beach in my life! I could have laid under the umbrella every second and listened to the waves and enjoyed the view. The only complaint I would say is that the beach is soo huge that getting to our room and other facilities was a haul. I went along with my husband while he golfed and the views were gorgeous. The food was the best of all Sandals we have been to.

Sandals Emerald Bay This is a beautiful resort and one of best beaches with wonderful turquoise water of the ocean. Our room was best I ever had, spacious clean and well adapted. The staff is outstanding and friendly with no exception. We enjoyed very much pool area with a lot of umbrellas and loungers around it, great service from pool stuff and talented DJ’s But most important of all were people, our Butlers, they were some between a best friends and best relatives. Keicha Phillip and Anthony Thomas You are in our hearts and we will treasure our memories forever. Before we even new what we want you people already came with that, like you were a step ahead of every our wish and dream. Thank You. My wife had a minor medical problem and we received so much help professional and personal attention from the stuff nurse Tamara Rolle, manager on duty Rebecca Lightbourne, night manager Dwayne Collie. Next day hotel manager Kyle Mais came with Annette Carey EHS manager and offer to take us to hospital in George Town waited for us and took us back. Kyle gave us nice tour of the island with sightseeing and history of the island and local culture. Thank you all

This was our first time staying at a Sandals Resort. We couldn't have choosen a better place. Our accommodations were wonderful. We had an outstanding view from our balcony which is very important to us. Our butlers were great. A big thanks to Lallu, Samson and Trevor. They really spoiled us. Thanks again. Trevor thanks for going beyond the call of duty. We love the liscense plate. If we can swing it, I'm sure we will be back.
