Sandals Montego Bay
I definitely wanted to share my experience here about our weddingmoon. It was my very first time going to Jamaica. Your team is great. I loved the atmosphere and experience. We had a beautiful room with a great view. Your team treated my wife and me like a king and queen. Our wedding was beautiful. Our photographer Marva was great and gave us the most amazing photo shots. Our wedding planner Chantel was excellent and really took her time to make sure our wedding was not only individualized but amazing. We enjoyed hanging around your playmakers especially Hartlon with his great energy. Alfred made us feel very welcomed when we arrived. He was able to reassure us that are guests had also arrived safely for our wedding. Preacher Conrad gave us a beautiful ceremony. Jermaine also was waiting patiently to serve us and our guests at a ceremony. Everyone really went above and beyond for us and we wanted to mention their names. Our lives have changed and we want to come back. We also want to visit some of your other resorts, but we'll probably make Montego Bay HOME since that is where my sandals experience started. I hope you enjoy some of our pictures that I am sharing. You also got me listening to Bob Marley every dayyyyy. Bob Marley's music brings the island vibe back with me. Our honeymoon was off to a rocky start however thanks to our angel Miss Dawn Smith Hotel Manager,our Sandals experience was turned around to a dream honeymoon/ lifetime experience. Miss Smith checked on us everyday and did assure us that her job was to exceed our expectations. She ensured that we had the best vacation/honeymoon we could have ever dreamed of.She went above and beyond to care for us, and treat us like family , she not only exceeded our expectations but downright wowed us . we also wanted to extend our thank you to the all the staff at the hotel who were very pleasant and courteous, want to send a special thank you to our favorite restaurant the Oleander and our favorite waiter Damin, host Oleary, Mervent, and Robert. Special thanks to the ladies that kept our rooms nice and clean, and we really admired the way the resort was kept clean. This sandals should be called Royal montego bay because we were treated like royalty and could not help but to book our first wedding anniversary there again, all because of the service and attention we received from Miss Smith and her team, who went above and beyond service excellence.

On arrival we were upgraded to the Honeymoon suite and treated like royalty. It was truly the best week of our lives. The best hospitality ever!!! I want to give a special thanks to our wedding corrdinator Venecia and wedding photography Orville. They ever was that when we was leaving to say see you soon :-) Can't wait to go back!!!!

Despite the jets going over which after a while we didn't really notice anymore this was a very enjoyable trip. We earned our Free Week this trip which made it very special. We found the diving in Mobay to be the best we've seen in Jamaica, and would come back just for the diving. But we love all the Sandals resorts.

We had the best holiday ever in Sandals Montego Bay, my partner has travelled all over the world and he said he has never experienced a holiday like this. The food was amazing and the staff made our time unforgettable. When we arrived the porter said “welcome home” and I thought that was a bit strange, but after our stay I completely understand why he said that. We did indeed felt at home. I would like to say thank you to all the playmakers (Kemar, Romario, Shelene, Harlton, Kendria & Laiasha) you guys made it so much fun and thank you for pushing us to take part in so many activities. I would also like to say thank you to Arlene at the Stew fish restaurant for the best customer service and to Mervent, Nastoya & Simile at the Oleander restaurant for serving the best food on the resort and for being so helpful. Also please tell Soniel that I will definitely do my diving course with him next time and I enjoyed your chats every morning at the pool. Thank you Elona & Bryan

Sandals Montego Bay
We recently went on our first vacation as a couple and chose sandals montego bay. It was a perfect choice. It was the perfect combination of relaxtion, water sport activities, restaurants and entertainment for us, all of which were included in the resort, which is something we were looking for as we were on a budget and didnt want to spend much over what we paid for the trip. We did go on the red dread catamaran excursion which included snorkeling, a trip to maragaritaville and a dj/dance party on the way back. That was hands down the most fun we had while we were there. What happens on the red dread, stays on the red dread...except for all the pictures that will probably end up on facebook :) We would like to acknowledge a few people who made our stay there even more enjoyable. Uncle Al, for upgrading us for our first night to a beachfront butler room; Robert, who was our server on wednesday night (3/6) at Romana Cuncina and we enjoyed his service and the food the so much that we also went back to see him for our last dinner there on saturday (3/9). Robert was hands down the best server we have ever had to privilege of dining with :) Also, Gifford was the first smiling face we saw when we got off our shuttle from the airport and he took our bags and showed us around the complex, and his was the last smiling face we saw as we left the resort to go home. He was very friendly. All of the playmakers were amazing as well, and we enjoyed the nightly entertainment. We are already asking friends to save up and trying to plan a return trip with them hopefuly within the year!

At the recommendation of a few seasoned Sandals guests, we decided to take a long New Years weekend trip to Montego Bay. Boy are we glad we did it!! There was nothing not to love. Beautiful accomodations, great food, nice people, fun activities, and a super staff. I especially want to give a shout-out to our new friend Kemar. We tried to get him to come back to New York with us, but no such luck.You have definitely got a star there! Thanks for a wonderful vacation. I'm sure we will be going to another Sandals resort at some point in time.

Where to start? Well, we were greeted at the airport by a Sandals employee, and didnt have to even touch our bags.. They took care of everything (even took em to our room)..We rode in a car to the resort. Nice ride..Check in and out was very simple... they got drinks in our hands right away..Our room was beyond the perfect view and spot for us as we like people watching... Every day we were asked how is your stay.. Is there anything we can get you...How are you.. are you having a good day.. and you want rum..lol..The beach bar was our favorite hang out.. We met some super nice employees.. All hands down to Camille, Latisha (sp), Andrew, Scott, Rickory, and Nickeshia.. I feel horrible for not remembering some more... I knew I should have wrote them down..The water was clear and the beaches was clean... They all worked there tails off everyday..they raked the beach.. that was humorous to me. Ive never saw that.. I snorkeled and got super sick .. I grew up on the river and never would have thought I couldnt handle some waves ha was I wrong..My husband planned a Anniversary dinner out in the peir.. wow they went all out..it was by far the best night of my life.. they provide plenty of huge beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion,and aloe. Everyone told me I was gonna over pack.. ha I didnt.. I underpacked.. but we changed a few times a day.. Round 5ish in the evening it clears out and people are getting ready for there dinner and the night life.... Food was good. plenty varities for everyone... I did the spa.. OMG... I did the massage and the hot rock pedi... Sasha and Antoinette..Honestly the best massage Id ever had..Loved it... The playmakers .. well there good.. I dont get up in front of people and play games but they had me out there and Im glad I did... super fun time.. The night life.. awesome... sometimes the pub got a little loud but Andrew made up for that..He sure is a good man.. The grounds was very wel kept.. My only complaint is the Beach Bar stools isnt comfy and the bar isnt open long.. I wannted to stay there all night long.. My other complaint.. our stay ended to quick.. I cried and cried the day we left.. we made sure we made our rounds and said our goodbyes... It was very hard..overall The best time of our lifes... We will be back... Thank you very much Sandles for a wonderful vacation!!!!!!

From the time we first arrived, The staff ( hartlon, Kemar, Kaeondra, Omarion, and orlando) was very friendly. The entertainment wasAmazing! The resort was very clean and everyone was very friendly. I walked around in my bathing suit the majority of the time and did not feel uneasy or stared at. He dining experience was amazing. My husband and I booked again before we left and we look forward to our next visit.

My husband and I just got back from our third Mo Bay visit and just booked again for next December. We have visited a few other Sandals but hands down this is our favorite resort :) The staff is what keeps us coming back. We truly feel as though we have family in Jamaica...Our butlers Nasha and Mykal were just outstanding. We met Nasha & Asha & Mark Anthony 7 years ago and love seeing them every year...Can't wait to get back :)

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary by renewing our wedding vows, same date, same time. This was our 5th visit to a Sandals and 4th to Montego Bay which is obviously our favorite!! We love the staff and especially our favorite butler Asha. Can't wait to come 'home' again.

We have a group of 8, 4 couples that make this trip and as in the past it was everything and more than we planned for! We had one couple to get married and the staff was wonderful!! they made this special day something we all will never forget!!It was beautiful and they were all willing to do anything we needed- thank you so much can't remember all names but thank you!! our dinner reservations I have to mention Cleveland and Chevelle I think these two as far as restaraunts were the two nicest people we met they went beyond!! Sandals Montego Bay
This was our 2nd return to MoBay and we had an excellent time. Upon arrival, we wondered if anyone would remember us and we were 2 seconds into the resort when someone came up and recognized us. We were excited about the dive team remembering us and of course they all did too. I tried the scuba diving last year and completed the resort course but went diving once and called it off. I refused to go again. This time, I swore I would try it again and the first day I went I had the same problems equalizing & was at the point of saying forget it when my instructer "Doc" was so wonderful to not let me quit. Somehow, he worked with me and I was blessed to be able to enjoy it. The whole team would not quit on me. John was blessed with the first second hitting the water last year, he was so excited to do it again. The team convinced me to complete my open water diving course so I could learn properly and contine my diving safely with John. Of course now I completed 40 feet and John advanced to 60. I even attended a night dive with the group we became to know. Very scary, but now I have bragging rights! Who knows what next year will become of us. The "entire" team was extremely professional and patient and just wonderful to be arround, it will make me come back again and again. (We booked our next year vacation before we even left the resort this year.) All the employees were as always so fun and so up beat. How could you not want to come back? They are all friends now. We love them.

This was by far the best vacation of our lives. It wouldn't have been the same without our Buttlers Shaniel and Asha! They made it into a stress free vacation and simply a dream come true. We went to Montego Bay for our honeymoon. This was our first trip to a Sandals resort and it will not be our last! I must say we absolutely LOVED the staff at Sandals Montego Bay!! Everyone who worked there was fabulous which made our stay remarkable and relaxingl The food was amazing! Everything I ate was delicious! The entertainment and the playmakers were awesome! The beach was beautiful. Watching the sunset every night at dinner was amazing. The grounds were georgus and full of beautiful flowers! I can go on and on!It really was paradise to us. Everyone that worked there had a smile on their face! The waitstaff, bartenders, and playmakers were over the top! We want to recognize the bartenders at the main bar in the evening were fun. Robert, who frequently waited on us at Bayside is an outstanding waiter and Patchula was an outstanding waitress! Every time we went to eat we were hoping to get either Robert or Patchula because their service was simply outstanding. I also want to recognize Natalia. She was a sweet, fun, bartender at the main bar, who was usually there afternoon throught the night. She remembered our names so everytime we saw her she called us by our first names which made us feel at home. She is a remarkable young lady for your staff! She was always busy with a smile on her face and a hard worker. Were so impressed with our stay we signed up for the Sandals select rewards program because we plan on coming back to Sandals Monego Bay at least once a year! Thank You for an awesome experience Sandals Montego Bay can't wait to come back.

We had the BEST time of our lives. Sandals Montego made our experience more than we could have ever imagined. In addition to the Wedding Staff, which was ABSOULTELY AMAZING; we enjoyed our FAVORITE Playmaker Hartlon Grey. He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and kept us informed on all the daily activities. Hartlon became a part of family making it home away from home for us. We look forward to seeing again next year. We feel that Hartlon is a WONDERFUL asset to Sandals Montego Bay. Not only did he become our Favorite but to see him interact with the other guests made us feel how genuine he was. He shows and has a true passion for his job and handles himself in a professional manner. Keylon (the bartender), Joseph (our wedding bartender) and Orville our photographer we AWESOME as well. Thank you Sandals for making our wedding/honeymoon experience memorable and beautiful. Look forward to reliving our wedding, honeymoon and fun with the above people next year!

Sandals Montego Bay is what I dream heaven might be like! My (now) husband and I celebrated both our birthdays as well as our wedding there and I can't stress enough how utterly perfect it was. Upgrade to a butler room, it really is worth the extra money. The view of the ocean and the room right on the beach would have made it money well spent but added to those perks were our wonderful butlers that took care of everything we asked for and things we didn't even think to ask for (like a little cooler full of red stripe when we decided to spend the afternoon on our reserved/private beach!) The food was incredible no matter where we ate (including the sister resorts, don't miss out on the The Royal Thai on the private offshore island at Sandals Royal Caribbean, just awesome!) and our we had new sheets twice a day (as we took many mid afternoon naps) The wedding itself was perfect and beautiful down to every little detail (and we just went with the standard wedding that they offer for free) My husband and I aren't really into cheesy romance but on our birthdays, the night before the wedding, and the night of the wedding our room was decorated with flowers, candles, fresh fruit, sparkling wine, and a bubble bath in our jacuzzi tub. What a wonderfully romantic way to end each of those days! We love snorkelling and we could go as much as we wanted while we were there but what was really great was our private beach as there was so much to see snorkelling just around the pier in front of our room! We would wake up early each morning, don our snorkels (which we bought at the Sandals gift shop) and go for a quiet snorkel on our private beach. We saw Lion fish, barracuda, gleaming gold and ivory crabs, and all sorts of beautiful coral growing from the piers rocky base. Just lovely. Overall, I would rate our time at Sandals a 10 out of 5! It went way beyond our expectations and made our wedding the most memorable and wonderful time in my life. Thank you so much Sandals, we will be back as soon as possible!

We celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary in this paradise! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were treated like royalty. Our room was upgraded and what an upgrade! We were awe struck by the beauty and welcome we received. Our butlers, Mykal and Damien, went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable and very romantic. We never wanted for anything. Our waiter on the beach, Kenroy, was amazing! We couldn\'t have asked for better service! Nichelle, our waitress at Bayside, was the epitome of the perfect hostess. She made sure that our anniversary cake was delivered to Tokyo Joe\'s on the evening of our anniversary, and spelled our name correctly even though she had forgotten her notepad! Hyacinth, our \"housemaiden\" (her words), was so sweet and kind to us. Our room was spotlessly clean every day! She will be greatly missed when she retires. Everyone on staff, from the groundskeepers to the manager of the butlers made us feel special and welcome. We will recommend Sandals Montego Bay to everyone we know, and meet in the future! We will be back for our 30th wedding anniversary, and hopefully all our anniversaries after! We just can\'t say enough about the feeling of being \"home\" at Sandals Montego Bay! We will \"Soon Come Back\"!

Linda and I came to Sandals Montego Bay every year from 1979 to 2001. Sometimes twice. We repeated our marriage vows at Sandals in 1992. Linda had some major medical problems, thus our absences for the past 10 years. We love Montego Bay and are planning to pick up were we left off in 2001. If I recall correctly the next trip will be our 26th to the resort. We enjoy the people, the atmosphere, the service the food and the entertainment. What is there not to like about Sandals! I imagine with our 10 year absences there are new additions to the staff and we look forward to renewing old and developing new friendships. We have missed Sandals, Jamaica and the Pork Pit.

When we decided to do a destination wedding, Sandals was our first and only choice. We had such an amazing time at the resort. The room was PERFECT! The staff was AMAZING! We were Wow\'d at every turn. We immediately made plans to return, the first chance we could. Our wedding could not have been more perfect. The weather was wonderful, the flowers were perfect, the officiant was great, and the staff bent over backwards to ensure our satisfaction. If I could, I would recommend a Sandals vacation to anyone who wants a worry free, Luxury included vacation where no need is left unattended! Thank you, Sandals, for the best vacation of our lives!!

Our visit to Sandals Montego Bay was a wonderfull choice. The beach was the best and all services were as expected. Activities were well planned and the amphitheater and entertainment was most enjoyable. We travelled to most restaurants and were not dissappointed. Just a great stay and will return to Sandals as we try a different location each time. Have not been dissapointed yet!!

This was our first trip to a Sandals resort and we were blown away by the level of service and how well everyone was treated. It didn\'t matter if you were in the smallest room or the largest, whether you had a butler or just handled everything yourself, the service was superb. The resort was great...the staff incredible ---we met so many nice and accomodating people...we were afraid to stay because of the proximity to the airport but it did not matter and the resort is great......the fitness center was so spectacular---the rest of the resorts on the island should be like this (ultra-luxury - so state of the art) ----the Bay Roc estates were beautiful and we will be coming back next yr. for our honeymoon
