The ease of booking Sandals for meeting and incentive groups is built in right from the foundation up with our Luxury Included® experience with greater flexibility and customization than ever before. Sandals' Luxury Included® policy provides a way for your clients to plan a meeting or incentive budget that is fixed and value-rich. Sandals includes more exciting choices on land and sea – from unlimited golf with complimentary green fees* to motorized watersports such as waterskiing, wake boarding and scuba diving. Sandals includes anytime dining at up to 15 true specialty restaurants per resort, each with a different ambiance and all with top chefs specializing in each cuisine. Only Sandals includes 4 varietals of Beringer® Wine – Napa Valley’s oldest and most respected winery. An impressive array of premium brand liquor is also included at up to 12 bars per resort.

Groups of 5 - 9 Rooms
Groups of 5 to 9 rooms receive the following concession for 2012 and 2013:
- Complimentary upgrade for a VIP
Meeting & Incentive
Groups of 10 Rooms or more
Groups of 10 or more rooms receive the following concessions for 2012 and 2013
- One (1) complimentary upgrade for every twenty-five (25) rooms paid.
- One (1) complimentary person for every twelve (12) rooms paid. **
- Private group check-in.
(Based on majority of the group arriving at the same time) - Complimentary hospitality desk with:
- Complimentary use of meeting facilities and basic A/V equipment:
- One (1) complimentary cocktail reception with hot and cold hors d'oeuvres and open bar. (1 Hour) ***
- One (1) complimentary group dinner for 2 hours. **
- Complimentary coffee break/s per day during scheduled meetings. ***

** Complimentary person credit applies to double occupancy rooms and is provided on the 13th room. The complimentary person credit is based on the majority length of stay for the group and there is a maximum of seven (7) complimentary rooms per group.
*** Additional functions would be subject to surcharges and entertainment is an additional cost.
Please note that the meeting and incentive inclusions are not applicable to Sandals Carlyle and are not combinable with social, family reunion, wedding or renewal of vows inclusions. Group concessions must be confirmed with Unique Vacations Inc. Groups Department no later than sixty (60) days prior to group's arrival at resort. Unique Vacation's Group Code program cannot be applied to meeting and incentive groups.
