Full Group Cancellation
Date of agreement until three hundred and sixty-six (366) days prior to travel, there will be a cancellation fee of ten (10) % of full net room revenue for full group cancellation.
Between 365 and 180 days prior to the group arrival, fifteen (15%) of full net room revenue will be charged for full group cancellation.
Between 179 and 121 days prior to the group arrival, twenty (20%) of full net room revenue will be charged for full group cancellation.
Between 120 days prior and 61 days of the groups scheduled arrival, sixty (60%) of full net room revenue will be charged for full group cancellation.
Within 60 days of the groups scheduled day of arrival, 100% of full net room revenue will be charged for full group cancellation.

Room Attrition Policy (Rooms, Room Nights or Guests):
366 days or more prior to group arrival, there will be no fee for attrition.
Between 365 and 180 day prior to group arrival, fifteen (15%) of the total room block held at the 366 day review may be canceled without a fee. Any rooms cancelled above the allowed attrition schedule will be charged 20% of full net room revenue.
Between 179 and 121 day prior to group arrival, ten (10%) of the total room block held at the 180 day review may be canceled without a fee. Any rooms cancelled above the allowed attrition schedule will be charged 20% of full net room revenue.
Between 120 and 61 days prior to group arrival, five (5%) of the total room block held at the 121 days review may be canceled without a fee. Any rooms cancelled above the allowed attrition schedule will be charged 60% of full
net room revenue.
Within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date, no rooms in the total room block held at the 61 day review may be canceled without payment of a penalty. Any rooms canceled within 60 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of full net room revenue.
Rescheduling of Group Dates of Travel Once Group is Under Deposit:

Between 365 and 180 days prior to the group arrival, fifteen (15%) of full net room revenue will be charged for full group rescheduling.

Between 120 days prior and 61 days of the groups scheduled arrival, 60% of full net room revenue will be charged for full group rescheduling.
