On Thursday, November 16, 2012, Sandals Resorts International placed their exceptional employees in the limelight at an elegant ceremony held at Sandals Whitehouse European Village and Spa to name the Ultimate Team Member of the Year.
Roger Pierre-Louis, a butler employed at Sandals La Toc Golf & Resort, was chosen from a field of 22 nominees to receive the top honor. A favorite among guests and fellow team members, Pierre Louis’ respectful and humble manner has earned him many fans. He is a devoted butler who strives to go beyond even the wildest expectations of his guests.
“This means everything to me,” said honoree Roger Pierre-Louis about his award. “Words cannot express how I feel. It’s like I’ve won an Oscar. This is a motivation and an inspiration, it’s the drive I needed. I see myself going places and living my dreams.”
