With our 1-day introductory resort program you'll be diving in no time. PADI® courses, taught by some of the most accomplished instructors in the entire Caribbean, are also available. Medical Questionaire
Download and Fill:
Download and fill out this mandatory medical questionnaire, which will assess if you meet the minimum physical requirements to safely participate in this sport. The Medical Questionnaire must be completely filled and signed by a physician prior to arrival at the resort.
Also, you'll need to fill out the Certified Liability Release Form and turn it into the dive shop when signing up for the Resort Program.

Ready for the Resort Program
Once you've checked in, head over to the dive shop for a quick orientation of the dive facility, and sign up to take your resort program! It takes an average of 3 hours, where you will perform a swim/wade test, watch an informative video about diving, and practice key skills in our dedicated dive pools.
Now You're Ready
Jump in and Explore the Ocean
Ready, Set, Dive! Now you're ready to jump in and explore the big ocean blue. Don't worry, our professionally trained instructors will keep close eye on you, with a maximum of 4 students to every 1 instructor in the water. Top-of-the-line SCUBA equipment is included with your dive**, and on our purpose-built Newton Dive boats, you will find filled aluminum dive tanks, silicon masks, weight belts, and a skilled team of dive professionals ready to assist you with your new adventure.

Imagine learning to dive with total peace of mind. Well, that'll be your experience at Sandals where we'll sign you up as a DAN student diver, which entitles you to full insurance coverage for all your dives!
