2012 Sandals Gives Back Fundraiser Program

We know it is important as a Travel Agent to give back to the communities around you. That's why we've created an easy, way for your agency to participate as a fundraising agent for the causes you believe in!

Through a partnership with a school, association, or charitable organization, etc. your travel agency can help by simply booking vacation packages to Sandals Resorts, Beaches Resorts and Grand Pineapple Beach Resorts!

  1. Once you have identified an organization (or organizations) with which you would like to partner, contact your local Sandals Business Development Manager or Kim Sardo to request a Fundraiser Agreement Form, which outlines the rules and restrictions of the program.
  2. Starting January 1, 2012 - December 31, 2012 partner with an organization(s) to promote this fundraiser through flyers, posters, emails, online, and more!
  3. On a monthly basis, you will need to provide the organization with a report of how many bookings have been generated through their promotion and referrals.
  4. On a quarterly basis, funds should be issued to the organization(s) for those bookings that have traveled.

Your efforts can raise up to
$200 FOR EACH VACATION PACKAGE
that is booked by December 31, 2012

Contribute $100 to the cause for each booking.

For every vacation package booked for Sandals Resorts, Beaches Resorts and Grand Pineapple Beach Resorts generated through the fundraiser’s promotion, your agency will contribute a $100 donation from your commission towards
the cause. To qualify, all bookings must be 6 nights or longer, and Sandals or Beaches Resorts bookings must be Concierge or higher. Grand Pineapple Beach bookings must be third category or higher.

Represent Sandals Resorts at a fundraiser event and get an additional $100 for the cause.**

Sandals Resorts will add to your proceeds when you represent us at a qualified fundraiser event! You plan opportunities to set up a display table or booth at the fundraiser’s events, run/walk, silent auction, benefit dinner, dedicated email blast, etc. We will donate an additional $100 for every Sandals or Beaches vacation package booked within 14 days as a result of the event!

That’s a total $200 donation for potentially every sold vacation package!

Terms and Conditions
*Valid for bookings made January 1, 2012 - December 31, 2012 for minimum 6-night stays in concierge or higher, for travel by December 31, 2013. To receive the $100 donation from Sandals Resorts, the booking must be made through the participating Travel Agent within 14 days after the event. Each organization will receive a monthly report from their travel agent on the number of bookings that have been made for their individual organization. All funds earned from vacation package bookings will be issued by the travel agency to the organization on a quarterly basis; funds will be delivered after the guest has completed travel to the resort. Offer can be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.
