The Waterfall Cycling Adventure

Leaving the resort in the morning by bus through Castries picking up guests on the tour at other Resorts before you get to the Atlantic coast. You will be greeted with a light snack and fresh local juice before getting your safety briefing on the mountain bike provided. Bike through the rainforest to the first stop, the Errard Waterfall, where you can have a dip in its refreshing waters. Then, re-mount the bike and cycle through the forest where your guide will point out local crops grown on the island. At the end of the tour, you will ride back to the resort in the open truck through the quaint fishing village of Dennery. Sample local fruits on the return journey, before getting back to the resort in time for lunch. Tropical Jeep Safari

A must for the adventurous! Climb aboard an open top Jeep for an exciting 1/2 day of fun. You leave the hotel and travel through Castries up the Morne where you get the most breathtaking panoramic view of the city and harbour and all the way up to Pigeon Point. Drive through lush banana plantations, St. Lucias main agricultural export, and then leave modern civilization as you commence your Jungle Journey through rural countryside until you get to the quaint fishing village of Anse-la-Raye. Enjoy a 20 Minute hike into the rainforest as you go past a cascading waterfall. Your guide identifies local flora along the way and you sample local fruit that is in season. Relax for 1/2 hour in a refreshing river pool before returning to the Jeep. The Jeep is stocked with sodas and beers to quench your thirst. Start your journey back to the hotel arriving in time for lunch. Leave your resort by bus for the picturesque Marigot Bay where you board the catamaran that will take you on a relaxing journey down the West Coast past quaint fishing villages until you get to Soufriere. The catamaran takes you up real close to the towering Pitons, the symbol of St. Lucia and a World Heritage Site, a photo op of the most majestic marine site in the Caribbean. Oprah Winfrey has described them as a must see in your lifetime. On the way back stop to enjoy a late afternoon swim before returning to Marigot Bay to board the bus for the return to your resort. Snacks, soft drinks and rum punch are served on board during the tour.

Soufriere Jeep Discovery & Waterfall Revelation ( St. Lucia Region)

A small museum traces the history of sugar in the West Indies. Lush tropical gardens are inhabited by exotic birds. Enjoy a snack with either fruit juice or rum punch. Sample an array of all the locally produced rums and liquers and then on to the St. Lucia distillery to embrace the opportunity to purchase your favorite.
