To securely upload your files, please follow the steps below:
1. Fill out the required fields: your First Name, Last Name, Resort Name, Booking Number, or Group Number, Arrival Date, and Required Paperwork (Medical, Cert Card, Dive Log).
2. Select and attach all required paperwork either in one file, or in a zip folder and indicate in the final box “All Paperwork Included”.
3. Press the Upload Button once the document(s) are loaded to send them directly to our Dive Groups Department for processing.
