Pineapple. It's juicy, it's sweet, and nothing tastes quite like it. Once it's grilled, it caramelizes and takes on new layers of delicious sophisticated flavors. We've added it to some of our favorite cocktails, elevating them to give you a little something extra to make the experience that much more enjoyable. Below are some of our favorite grilled pineapple cocktail recipes for the holiday season, so you can now make them at home too.
3 oz. House-Infused Grilled Pineapple & Ginger Rum (recipe follows)
1 oz. Orange Juice
½ oz. Lime Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
In a shaking tin filled with ice add all ingredients and shake until combined. Strain into a stemless martini glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
1 L Kingston 62 Jamaica Gold Rum
1 Pineapple, Peeled, Sliced, Grilled
½ Large Piece Ginger, sliced
Peel and slice the pineapples, grill until tender. Add pineapple, ginger, and rum into a large store-n-pour and chill overnight. Using a fine mesh strainer remove all solids and return to refrigerator until ready to use.
