Submit Travel Form

All travelers must submit a government travel authorization form at https://www.visitjamaica.com/travelauthorization/ which includes health information, immigration & customs forms. Completion of these forms are mandatory by the Jamaican government and must be submitted within 7 days prior to travel by all travelers. Failure to comply will result in denied entry.

Take The Test

Take the Covid-19 RT-PCR swab test or Nasopharyngeal Antigen test within 72 hours of the arrival date. Test must be taken at an accredited or recognized laboratory by a healthcare provider. Failure to comply will result in denied entry. Self-administered tests or home kits will not be accepted.

Print and travel with a copy of the Covid-19 RT-PCR swab test or Nasopharyngeal Antigen test with a negative result, copy of approved travel authorization, and proof of travel insurance. These documents must be presented upon arrival in Jamaica.

Take The Test

Take the Covid-19 RT-PCR swab test within 5 days of travel date. Failure to comply will result in denied entry. Self-administered tests or home kits will not be accepted.

FOR FULLY VACCINATED TRAVELERS: Fully vaccinated travelers that have taken two doses of an approved vaccine (or one dose of J&J) and have passed the two-week immunity period – in line with the CDC guidelines – must obtain a Covid-19 test (Rapid Antigen Test or RT-PCR swab test) within* 5 days of travel date.* Failure to comply will result in denied entry. Self-administered tests or home kits will not be accepted.

Submit Travel Form

All travelers must submit a Travel Health Visa from online at travel.gov.bs. Users must fill out form prior to travel and will receive an automated response. A copy of the negative Covid-19 test result or valid proof of vaccinations must be uploaded with the form. Payment for the Bahamian government-mandated health insurance is collected while completing the Travel Health Visa. The cost of insurance is included in the Travel Health Visa application fee and is dependent on the length of stay (ranging from $40 - $70 USD per person).

All unvaccinated travelers staying in the Bahamas for longer than four (4) nights and five (5) days will be required to take a rapid Covid-19 antigen test. The cost of which is included n the Travel Health Visa (doctor will be based on resort).

All travelers must submit a Travel Registration form online at https://www.stlucia.org/en/covid-19/travel-registration-form/. Once submitted, you'll receive an automated response. Completion of this form is mandatory by the Saint Lucia government and must be submitted within 7 days of your arrival and no less than 3 days prior to travel.

Health Screening Form: All travelers must download, print and complete the Health Screening Form to be presented upon arrival in Saint Lucia. The form can be found HERE.

Failure to comply with the above will result in denied entry.

Print and travel with a copy of your completed Travel Registration form, Health Screening Form, Vaccination Certificate and a copy of the Covid-19 RT-PCR swab test with a negative result, which must be presented upon arrival in Saint Lucia.

Please Note: Guests who are not fully vaccinated are required to remain on property for the duration of their stay.

Effective October 1, 2021, all visitors to Antigua are required to have received at least the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. In addition, you must provide proof of negative PCR test result from an accredited lab taken within four (4) days prior to arrival date.

Submit Travel Form

All travelers must apply and complete a Pure Safe Travel Certificate form online 7 days prior to arrival at: https://travelauth.health.gov.gd/

Pre-pay for COVID-19 Test administered in Grenada

The Grenada Government is requiring all guests to pre-pay for their on-island COVID-19 test (at the time of submitting your health declaration form.) Guests may also pre-pay for the test through a convenient and user-friendly online system, which can be accessed at pay.gov.gd. Cost of this test is EC$405 (approximately US$150). Rest assured that as part of our Travel With Confidence Program this prepaid fee will be reimbursed to you by Sandals Grenada. Please make sure to bring a copy of your receipt to get your refund.

While On Resort

The pre-paid COVID-19 PRC test will be administered upon arrival at the resort. Guests are allowed to use all facilities on resort while awaiting results. Results are available within 48 hours after which guest can enjoy the destination.

72 hours prior to departure, a second test will be administered by medical professionals (free of charge) and the negative result can be used for travel back to the U.S. or Canada.

To be considered for process fast-tracking, travelers must take a Covid-19 RT-PCR nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal test within 72 hours prior to arrival and travel with a proof of negative result. Test must be taken at an accredited or recognized laboratory by a healthcare provider. Self-administered tests, rapid tests or home kits will not be accepted. Failure to comply will result in denied entry.

Submit Travel Form

All travelers are encouraged to download the BIMSafe App from the App Store and complete your online Immigration/Customs form 72 hours but no less than 24 hours prior to arrival. The form is also available at travelform.gov.bb.

FOR FULLY VACCINATED TRAVELERS Fully vaccinated travelers must submit proof of vaccination in the form of a vaccine certificate. It is required that the vaccine certificate is presented in English. Upload your test results via the BIMSafe App and travel with a copy of your test results clearly showing the date the test was taken.

Print and travel with a receipt of your completed Immigration and Customs form, a copy of the valid negative Covid-19 RT-PCR test result, and proof of vaccination. These documents must be presented upon arrival in Barbados.

While On Resort

FULLY VACCINATED TRAVELERS Upon arrival at the resort, fully vaccinated travelers must take a rapid COVID-19 PCR test administered by medical professionals (free of charge). Test results will be provided within the same day. Upon receiving negative results that same day, guests will be allowed to use all facilities.

UNVACCINATED TRAVELERS Unvaccinated travelers are required to quarantine in-room and be tested on day 5. Upon receiving negative results, guests will be allowed to use all facilities.

U.S. and Canada

Re-Entry Requirements


  • Negative COVID-19 viral test (antigen test) results required for all travelers arriving in the USA who are 2 years of age or over. The tests will be given on resort free of charge by medical professionals.
  • Negative COVID-19 molecular test (Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) result required for all travelers arriving in Canada who are 5 years of age or over. The tests will be given on resort free of charge by medical professionals.
  • Negative test results should be no older than 3 days from the date of departure and results will be available within 24-48 hours.
  • All arriving travelers to the USA and Canada must have a printed or electronic copy of the negative COVID-19 test result or Documentation of Recovery for review by the airline.
  • Airline must confirm the negative test result or Documentation of Recovery for all travelers before boarding.
  • Test results may be required to be shown again upon landing.
  • Failure to comply will result in denied entry.
